Returns & Exchanges

At Natalie Rolt, we want you to feel confident in every piece you purchase; if your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is submitted, our team will review it within 48 hours and email you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with the shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Package and Post

  Securely pack your items with the RA number included inside and send the parcel back to our studio using a trackable shipping service.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  After our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a digital gift card or process your exchange, typically within 3-5 business days.
